I dread my visit to the psychiatric in a few minutes. Been procrastinating all day about it. Didn’t want to leave home. Pretended I could forget it. Pretended I can change the date; call in sick. But I know I can’t do that. 

Don’t want to reduce my intake. Dreading tomorrow…
